Children experience stress, overwhelm, anxiety, emotional challenges, and life transitions in their own unique ways. Sometimes this can show up as behavioural changes, emotional outbursts, difficulty coping, school-related concerns, sleep issues, or a noticeable change in their usual wellbeing. Children's Sessions provides a gentle and individualised approach to understanding what may be happening beneath the surface and identifying the most appropriate pathway forward. As every child and situation is different, submitting a booking request does not automatically schedule a session. After receiving your request, I will contact you to discuss your child's needs, answer any questions, and determine the most suitable form of support before proceeding with an appointment. Depending on your child's age, needs and circumstances, support may involve working directly with your child, working with parents or caregivers, or a combination of both.
