Who this is for
I work with adults, adolescents, children and school communities experiencing trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, stress, or feeling stuck in patterns that can feel difficult to shift. Many people I work with are functioning on the outside, yet internally feel overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, or unsure how to move forward.

Through gentle, grounded approaches including EFT, breathwork, meditation, visualisation, and nervous system support, this work creates space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, understand what may be happening beneath the surface, and begin creating meaningful change from a more supported and regulated place.

How I work
My approach integrates psychotherapy, counselling, and breathwork therapy. Sessions are tailored to what you need in the moment, and may include therapeutic conversation, somatic awareness, and breath-based processes to support emotional regulation and integration. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. We work with what is present for you, at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

What happens after you book
Once you book your consultation, you’ll receive a confirmation with all the details you need.
In your first session, we’ll begin by understanding what is happening for you right now — not just the symptoms, but the deeper patterns underneath.
From there, we’ll explore possible pathways of support that feel grounded, manageable, and appropriate for where you are.
There is no pressure to continue beyond the first session. We simply begin with what feels most supportive.
The process
Initial Consultation: Clarity Session (60 minutes)
We begin here.
This session is designed to help you gain clarity around what you are currently experiencing, explore patterns and contributing factors, and identify what support may be most helpful moving forward.
By the end of the session, you will have a clearer sense of direction and next steps.
Investment: $220

Ongoing Therapeutic Sessions (90 minutes)
If we continue working together, sessions provide deeper therapeutic support and integration.
These sessions may include psychotherapy, counselling, and breathwork depending on what is most appropriate at the time.
Investment: $300 per session

This is a supportive and structured therapeutic space where we work with emotional experience, nervous system patterns, and underlying causes of distress.

The intention is not to rush change, but to create clarity, regulation, and meaningful long-term shifts while helping you build greater awareness of how your mind, body and nervous system respond to stress, emotion and life experiences.
